    Good food great service. Some of the reviews on here or not fair. You can't take one bad experience and then give it one star and say I'll never come back here again every restaurant has bad Apple's, how many times have we been to McDonald's and got s*** service but went back. I run a business I know how it is dealing with mediocre employees. You can get a lot more things solved when dealing with management. If you deal with a member of management and they still cannot fix the problem and the experience is bad then I agree with the one star.

    We had a small pizza that feeds the 2-3 people..It was delish! The wings were excellent hot and tasty! Everything was awesome!

    Service was great. The food was not. We ordered the margarita pizza, a classic and hard to mess up. The amount of oil on the thing could get a diesel truck to run for 20 minutes. While the food was hot, and the service was good, the quality of the food was not there. 3/5, will not return.

    Walked in to pick up my food so I walked up the bar area and waited about five minutes before someone actually acknowledged that I was there. One of the employees was a couple seats away from me sitting on her phone and greeted me when I walked in but that was all. The place was empty and still managed to take them 15 minutes just to make a salad.

    I went in during my lunch break, ordered the slice, salad and drink special. It took 25 minutes to get my slice!!!! It came out burnt as if they forgot it was in the oven. Then they looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for a refund. After 20 mins they still didn't give me a refund and no explanation as to why. Some guy just kept looking in the register as if it would magically appear then disappered to the back. They said he was working on it, but 5 mins passed and nothing!!! I ended up leaving hungry, late for work and $9.28 less in my bank account!! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I will never go again and neither will any of my co-workers and friends at Fort Gordon!!!
